The official logo of the MD-Foundation, a classified U.S. federal government agency tasked with containing and analyzing paranormal and supernatural activities across the continental United States, most prominently with the reopened Missing Children Incident at the long-defunct Fazbear Entertainment locations. Members consist of both federal agents and military personnel whose primary goal is to protect the American citizen from any unexplainable threats, the possessed animatronics being those threats.

This is a very poor rendition of the emblem I screenshot from their videos and attempted at remaking. I'm a huge fan of the series made by MD-PTV and am still waiting patiently for a new video ever since their small team split up.
