Only one thing bothers me. You made Vaarsuvius look clearly male, although no one's supposed to be able to tell his/her/its gender.

I dunno. I think he did a fairly good job at depicting V as either an old pruney woman or a young pruney man. Though my money's always been on male, regardless of this pic.

Yeah same here.
However, I think Haley knows. She's like the only character who's never questioned V's gender. And we know she was friends with V before they joined the party (well, if you've read On the Origin of PC's, anyway), and she knows things abut V no one else did (like the fact that he/she/it is married)
Also, no one's every directly asked V. I'm sure if someone did, V would tell them. Though it would be in an indignant sort of fashion ('You imbecile! Can't you see I am clearly a man/woman/genderless freak!?)

Actually, now that you mention it, the last few comics... V kinda looks female when his/her hair is down. Though his/her spouse looks quite female to me, but yeah, androgyny in elves is quite annoying, since I can't just blindly assume Spouse is female because (s)he LOOKS it, and THEN I have to convince myself there IS a possibility it's male, and then I kind of SEE maleness, and then it gets all confusing from there. D:

Well, at the moment I'm not planning any more OOTS art. I hope one day to do Xykon and Redcloak but not anytime soon... I'm not sure I could improve on the Creature In The Darkness...
