I should draw with colored pencils more often, no? |D OKAY WELL SO. My dear friend has made a voice for Keru-chan! Not sure if you all knew that but now you do o3o" I love it so far amg. She sounds awesome XD She'll be singing Meltdown (which I need to make a pic for) and also this, Sadistic Music Factory. I actually listened to Len singing Rozen Maiden and I <3 that song soooo much! You did a great job with Keru to. PLEASE DO LEN SINGING THE 2ND OPENING FROM ROZEN MAIDEN TRAUMEND.(or however its spelled...) I will worship you for life if you do.

Someone already made that song with the most beautiful Len (ACT1) but I would be MORE than happy to make an ACT2 and APPEND version! Maybe Rin too if you wanted it! Oh it's called "Holy Maidens Shrine"! ^^
I'm making a second version of kinjirareta Asobi that could be loaded in Vocaloid3 for ACT2 (my style of using them doesn't work with Vocaloid3) and ill give out the VSQ! I take advantage of 2 effects in Vocaloid2 that only work in Vocaloid2 instead of using the pitch, so it's really weird using pitch drawing and it doesn't go high or low enough for me but I could make a version like that of the traumend(holy maidens shrine!) opening and you could hear it with other Vocaloids (if other people liked it! XD)!!! Id be happy to make it! (^o^)/ I shall work on the other version of the first song and then I can make it!

>3< Lol. Question though. So you speak Japanese? Cuz isn't it hard to get them to sing when you don't know wtf they are even saying? Cuz I rly wish to get the VOCALOID2 software but heard its really tricky to control them even for experienced people.

I kinda understand Japanese, I've got good enough Japanese to use it! I've been impersonating Len for 4 years! ^w^ That probably helps!!
Now, let me tell you, I started with Rin and Len ACT2 just 6 months ago, and I got ACT2 Len to whisper and be soft in like 2 months! I'd barely used UTAU and had like a trial of an english Vocaloid1 Vocaloid! XD I've had no classes and the only help I've gotten is being told how to write the phenomes for breaths and that you can use slur with breaths too! ^w^
These "rumours", I actually find them offensive! XD They are true for some people but they forget other's opinions!!
For me ACT1 Rin and Len are very realistic, people can't usually tell the difference between ACT1 and APPEND! All the ACT1 haters I know's favorite songs are ACT1 and they're like "Oooh APPEND is so cool!" XD (I won't tell them 'till they notice :3)
APPEND aaactually has loads of ACT1's "glitches" (Different pronunciatons to the norm, as in Rin's little lisp <3) That are easily fixed if you don't want them, and ACT1 is actually a hell of a lot easier for a human voice! >w< If a 10 year old can sing like ACT1 and 4 years later still find ACT1 the easiest and APPEND the hardest then I don't know what you'd call good enough! XD I suppose people want the breathiness of some Vocaloid3 voices!
Sorry to put all those rumours down like that but this is the same circle of rumours that that malicous "Owata is jealous of mothy" benzene theory started!! Owata is so hurt by it, all the lies people tell to make it true, it's sick!! >,<
Vocaloid2 has a realistic Slur that can be easily manipulated very realistically, in general Vocaloid2 is easy to work with, and Vocaloid3...well, they removed all slur, Awkward self-filling everything (even pitch) loads of expensive plug-ins, breaths can't last as long...Well, Vocaloid3 is perfect for English, but it's caused so many problems for me! XD Oh, and the Tempo, when people load my songs, changes when you load it in Vocaloid3!!
You might find Vocaloid3 easier because it is in English but in my opinion, Vocaloid2 is much better!! Like, why would you remove slur when the pitch box isn't large enough to make a normal slur all the time? >,< (Slur is when one note kinda goes into another)
You can use Vocaloid2 in English if you plan to get an English Vocaloid!! ^w^ Big AL is awesome! Also, you know the letter shortcuts besides options? They're all from English words because Vocaloid2 was originally in English! ^w^
Sorry I get so angry in this subject, it annoys me so much!!! Well, I would say Rin and Len are amazing to use, I have some settings if you get them! Sad, Happy, Whispery, Serious and some others! You'd have to get ACT1/ACT2 because if you just bought APPEND it wouldn't work 'cause you need ACT1/ACT2! ^w^ There IS a copy of ACT1 from liek when it was first sold that comes with everything AND the original ACT2, the apology letter and disc sent out to everyone who bought ACT1 in Japan!! ^w^ It's so expenive though! D||||
KIYA JAPAN are a really nice company that sell things like Vocaloids for less than their price! It's where I got ACT2 and APPEND! If you ever want to buy someone I'll go searching too, I've seen some AMAZING deals, like once I saw Miku and Miku APPEND for the price of just ordinary Miku!!! ^o^
