Heyooooo~this took me ages!!
ok so this is just a random little comic i did with my buddy *Culinary-Alchemist for fun~
this takes place in her AU in which, Mikey is like way younger than everybody else.
She wrote the scenario then I comicified it~ pretty spiffy stuff bro.

^_^ omg, so frikkin cute! And kudos to putting the extra wrappings under Raph's kneepads, alot of peeps seem to miss that small detail for some reason, not the end of the world of course, but makes me happy when people actually think about it ^_____^. Now if only they could make a show explaining why he has a crack in his plastron and extra wraps on his kneesΒ‘ My brain wants answers ;_; lol

hahaha yeah XD i love the idea that he has some problems with his knees, i think it makes his tough-guy demenour a little more meaningful. I cant wait to see how they play it out in the show!

He probably does, I mean, why else would he have extra wraps underneath them? :3 He did get kicked in the knee in one episode, he reacted like I do when I accidently smack my bad knee on something XD, that's why I've assumed there's something wrong. And I agree, it would fit the whole tough-guy thing. He seems to take a few seconds longer to recover from tall drops in the 2k7 cgi movie as well compared to his brothers, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed that particular detail. Unfortunately, they probably won't ever touch on that detail, which would be rather irksome since I'm sure alot of people have been wondering what's wrong as well :/. Whatever it is I'm sure Raph would be bitter about it one way or the other. Maybe Casey will off-handedly ask about it, have Raph rudely brush him off and then have one of his brother's or even Splinter explain it in his stead. Dunno.....

hahaha well if you wanna get technical, turtles isnt just a kids show. The comics are extremely adult rated. Very bloody with death and alcohol abuse and child abuse and sexual themes. Its rough stuff. Not for kids at all. They geared it to a kids show in the 80s but even then it had dark underbellies. In the 2003 series there is an episode where they all die horrible bloody painful deaths. on screen. which is great. In the currently running 2012 series, Leonardo falls in love with a girl who he finds out is his sister. thats not really kiddy if you ask me. And theres the episode when they all get possessed and try to eat eachother. And the whole idea of mutating humans is very grotesque and theres lots of screaming involved. Turtles. Turtles aint what you think it is. Be prepared for that if your getting into the show, for real.
As for Blue's Clues. That shits just dark. Its fantastic. I love it.

Yes. Turtles is dark. my sister is totally obsessed, so I hear all about the old series and comics from her when we watch the 2012 series. when we watch it though, I do see all the scariness, we watch with my 12-year-old sister and when she's in the room everything seems darker than when it's just the older kids... Don't hate me but I haven't finished it yet... ;3; and I have to go rewatch season 1 cos I missed most of it. I guess that's why I love it so much though. because of how dark it is... it's like young justice. they don't kill people, no one ever bleeds. but some of the concepts are just terrifying, bone-chilling, spine-tingling-- creepy.
I still don't know the origins of Blue's Clues. TTATT

hahaha yeah its pretty great XD i like it because im way into cartoons and i hate scary stuff, but i read WAY into stuff all the time, so its just scary enough to get me excited without giving me nightmares. And its fun and cute alot of the time too so its perfect!

I can handle spook and gore. It's one of the quirks I'm actually kinda proud of, like calluses on your feet. But TMNT is just the right amount of srsns/spook and silliness!
