"The In-Between"Tep is a dimensional time jumper. She can open portals and jump to whichever universe she prefers to reside in at the time...her portals come from a place called the In-Between. It's her safe space that is connected to the crystal around her neck, it harnesses her magic, and contains her portals, so long as she able to get to a body of water she can jump to whichever plane of existence she desires...if she doesnt want to exist for a while, she can rest in the In-Between...her sanctuary...
The In-Between resembles the Emerald Dream. It's her ideal place of rest, and safety.
