I don't think Ventress was an honorary Sith, she was tricked into thinking she is but she was betrayed by Dooku. I'm pretty sure Kylo is a different kind of sith, he's the leader of something called "The Knights of ReN"

But I consider all these malignant little dorks to be sithly characters, be they honorary or real Sith or otherwise, so that is what I call them.
What real terms they are doesn't matter to me, just saying 'Sith' is quick and understandable to translate as meaning 'red-lightsaber-using person with anger issues'.
You can call them whatever terms you personally choose and make you happy.

You forgot to mention Asajj and the Inquisitor - they're not technically Sith either, yet here they are.
But in my terminology, Sith will be any angry, red-lightsaber-using, sarcasm-and-dramatics filled individual.
(We don't know *what* Kylo is though, as the movie isn't here yet. But if he will wish call himself Sith, then I say let him.)
