My first tutorial
! Some people asked me how I draw eyes so I decided to make a tutorial about it. I used photoshop CS4 for this tutorial (it may work for SAI)! Hope this make sense and helps <3Eyes used in this tut are from here:

The way that you draw and color eyes is very gorgeous! Most artists sometimes lose the spirit and strength that eyes convey when they color their work, but you simply highlight them further and add to the emotions they portray! I love it.

How do u blend do you have a specific tool?
