Description
I painted this for my boyfriend's (now husband) birthday. He mentioned he would like to see it as a painting one day, since Lilo and Stitch is one of his favorite Disney movies. He thought I forgot....More of my assorted Disney works:
Method: Acrylics on Canvas
Finished: October 2008

That's Stitch for ya, always lending a hand. He's got four to spare.

Wow, amazing work yet again!
I am seriously amazed at how well you painted Stitch and brought out his curious side. The turtles look really great here, too, and you did a great job with the shade of the leaf on their shells and blending the lights with the darks.
Their shadows on the sand look fantastic, and I love how you went so far as to add their footprints behind them!
Amazing job on this one, too! Keep it up!

Awww this is lovely! One of my favorite and cutest scenes from the movie, lovely job-the colors are rich and beautiful and this is a wonderful present. Thank you so much!

I love this scene, but you made stitch's body a ittle too long, in the original picture he's much shorter and chubbier. His spots weren't as visible and the rturtle was at a different angle. But very good

LOL, I'd never drawn him before this (it was a gift for someone). But I don't like to make my Disney work identical to the reference image, I purposely change up a few things to fit my style so people can tell it's not a cut and paste...though I have noticed it depends on the computer, my images always look more proportionate on my Mac at home, and a bit stretched on my PC at work.

This is absolutely adorable
The turtles are excellect
stitch's ears seem a little...short though.
Regardless, a truly wonderful painting

Thanks ...I've honestly only seen the movie once, but I'm glad a lot of people seem to like my painting of it.
