Huzzah for Torchwood lighting!Yes that is the Console. It kinda spoke to me as to being a dress and I tried to combine both ten and eleven's Version of the console but at the same time abstracting it in a way that would still be wearable.
Buttons are actually Vintage buttons that I had.
