Alright. Thats about the most I can do with it unless I can completly figure out all the features on PSP8. An invaluable tool indeed but many useful features I found on oekaki software can't be found easily on this software. Such is the idea of flood erase which I need if want to put a background to any of my scanned pictures. I could couldn't find anything that resembled a circle command which I wanted to use to make a Halo. On the upswing it did offer some really nice brush effects which I used on the dress, the wings and the hair.

I think I pretty much fulfilled my goal of making an almost clean transistion from paper to pc. Of course I had to do a $hitload of cleanup trying to pull the image from the scan. I made all the body and head lines about 2 pixels wide while the wings, face and hair remained much the same. The hair didn't get touched at all as it looked quite realistic as it was and only needed color to enhance it.

I made the picture slightly wider and manually drew the tips of the wings with the mouse. I intentionally made one wing slightly less perfect then the other as I felt maybe it would add a bit more personality.

Overall I clocked about 20 or 30 hours. Not bad considering some people chatted with in the shoutbox claimed some of their pictures took 2 weeks. I can't complain.
