Tubby is Lulu's best friend and occasional foe in many of her adventures.Despite having a crush on Lulu, he also have a crush on Gloria Darling who doesn't really like him.
He is the president of The Fellers, an all boy club who have the strict rule of "No Girls Allowed".
Sometimes, Tubby is usually demoted or kicked out from the club after failing to pay the monthly fee or comitting a grave mistake.
