Better. It's all evenly timed though, so it doesn't look right. It all just happens in quick succession instead of making any one action stand out. This tutorial from Toniko Pantoja explains timing and timing charts very clearly: www.youtube.com/watch?v=86tqKH…
He does a much better job explaining it than AMB ever did.
Not to mention she starts out short and then grows a a whole foot taller when she leans back instead of simply leaning back in surprise like in the tutorial. The one thing that AMB stressed throughout that character animation tutorial series is keeping the character model consistent. That includes making sure the character stays the same height throughout an animation. Her head and face are consistent though.
However, all that being said this is the best animation you've done so far. You didn't try to cut any corners by sliding things around as far as I can tell. And it looks like you took your time to understand more of what was going on in the tutorial. This is a big improvement over that head turn you did. Good job!
