Pretty simple construction: Tile (linear) > Spiral (exp2) > filled-Julia set (Julian)
The colors and shapes made me think of that red and white peppermint candy.
Raw-Fractal, constructed with Apophysis-7X and rendered with Chaotica 1.8.5, no post-processing.
