Description
Before she became Nightmare Moon, Luna tried to take over Equestria using more subtle tactics. Unfortunately, subtlety was never on of Luna's strong suits.(I hate vectoring so no more vectoring. Just inks and flat colours.)

Chrysalis: No defenses? No military patrols? No travelling merchants - what do you mean, nothing?!
Drone: ... no ponies.
Chrysalis: What?
Drone: None. Anywhere.
Chrysalis: You... no. S-stop playing games with me. I am your Queen and I do not find this amusing.
Drone: They weren't there.
Chrysalis: Stop lying! The hive must feed or it will die! There were ponies, you're just remembering it wrong-
Drone: I fed upon the sorrow in Celestia's own broken heart!! I felt Luna's harrowing despair as though it were mine!! I've seen the bones of thousands!!
Chrysalis: *dumbstruck*
Drone: I have nothing to report, my Queen. N-nothing at all.
