Abilities: Little to nothing is known about Diox. What is he? What can he do? How does he create such mayhem? Why do the Red Ghouls, beastial corrupt human corpses ever hungry for living flesh, answer only to him? One thing is known for certain, he is no human being. From the very few who have seen him and lived to tell the tale, we know he is nearly impervious to most types of damage, or rather, being hurt does not seem to hinder him much. As far as his body goes, he is both extremely agile and strong. He always carries a small knife to batte, which he uses to cut wounds into his opponent's flesh, increasing the damage done to his opponent by his lightning-fast strikes, as well as allowing blood to flow which he feeds upon. Yes, Diox feeds upon human blood, according to traumatized eyewitnesses. But this is far from the worst he can do. In fact, Diox's most terrifying trait known so far is his ability to spread his curse or corruption onto living tissue merely with a touch. If anything or anyone living has physical contact between their skin and Diox's, his "condition" contaminates the area and begins to spread through the victim's tissue. This condition, which appears as a patch of red tissue on the victim's body, will continue to grow along their flesh, and if nothing is done to help the victim (only known method to prevent the following from happening is curgical removing of the afflicted area or amputation on the limb) and the condition is allowed to spread to the victim's brain, it will turn him into a vicious Red Ghoul himself. Unfortunately, this is the only knowledge available yet on this individual. What more tricks does he have up his sleeve?

Personality: Diox is a strange individual with strange methods. He rarely appears outside, which makes studying his mind a much harder process. He seems to control the Red Ghouls as a commander, coordinating them through the field and planning attacks with clever strategy. This kind of organized tactic has the traits of both mob operations and military assaults alike, even if it goes down to spreading an unknown condition through a helpless population. Diox seems to control things from afar, as he is not present in most operations, and he might not like to get his hands dirty needlessly. From the few times he's been spotted with a prisoner, he seems to have traits of a psycopath, as he hurts them without showing the slightest hint of remorse. Ultimately, he's a level 1 Dangerous Individual, unlike anything ever seen, and who has already turned the once peaceful community of Saint-Marron-sur-Mer into Hell on Earth. Is it too much to assume he would see the rest of the world reshaped in the image of what this town has become?

Since there is alot of info I don't want to disclose on him just yet, I decided to write this one as if it were a top secret file from some sort of intelligence corporation, trying to keep tabs on what he does all the time. I might have gone a bit too far with the abilities section, so I bolded out the most important topics.
It was a huge pain in the ass to come up with a suitable theme, but I think I nailed it. I even gave him two!
And yes, Saint-Marron-sur-Mer is the name of the town where the events of Ruinion will take place. Just a heads up on that.
