And here's Chip's! His desingn started out as just a normal Chimchar, but I found it later evolved (not literally but soon) into something a bit original. His birhtday is random too.
Fun facts:

-Chip used to be an assistant of professor Cypress before he got picked by Amber.
-Some starters were jealous of him because of that. But he did have a few friends, like Aya the eevee.
-Cypress thaught him how to read and write. His writing is still not great though.
-He didn't even think about getting picked, but was really happy when it happended.
