I wanted to try my hand at some more special-effects type stuff and I decided to give *Transryu 's dragon Matrix a try (because I'm totally non-creative like that).I'm pretty happy with how the wings came out. I had a bunch of different versions with various experiments in wing-gloweyness, and this is the one that I think captures the feel of the character the best.
I actually tried to spend more time on the background and stuff than I normally do, and I think it shows a bit. I did the shading and stuff for Matrix in more of an old-school cell shaded kinda way which I think looks pretty good.

hah, There's a new take on transryu's character. "The Bunny hunter", yeah he'd kill me if i did that. But the glowing wings are awesome and you proportion like usual is great too.

!! Whoa, that was totally unexpected, lol. I'm guessing that drawing matrix came to mind because I was trying to give you those glow drawing suggestions? Lol, I think you've gotten closer to how I've wanted Matrix'x wings to look than I have!
