Description
This is one of the Stalkers. These creatures look like shadow elementals, but act like lingering lost souls and weight as much as a feather. It's hard to move for them, since they're acting like lost souls, so they use their small weight to travel with the wind. They are created when a 8-25 years old person is killed by someone they trusted, it wouldn't matter if it was an accident, they'll still appear after some time. They're supposed to be the future of that person, their looks slightly resemble how they would've looked. This can't happen to normal humans though. Most Stalkers aren't willing to speak, but some would say a few sentences if they would encounter someone they knew before death, since their goal is to look for their family or friends. Every single Stalker is searching for them for different reasons, to be part of the family again, to say goodbye or whatever they wish for. They're mostly harmless, but for some reason they would gather around a child abuser and haunt him. No one even knows how they know that person is abusive to children, but that could be somehow linked to their past or could simply be their special power....

And damn! I thought of this in one night and it still isn't everything about them. This Stalker is called Stalker_Hz.21 btw.
