RPing is basically writing a collab story, so the story reading feeling in natural
Well, it's not like I can just have Rook trying to kill Wivern. That wouldn't be fun to RP as, and since every time I try to make one of my characters seem powerful in one of my RPs (In every single one, no matter who I'm RPing with) the other person immediately makes it impossible by saying "Nope! I'm too twisting powerful for that to work!", I just stopped trying.
That would be awesome! DST is planned to have skins and such in the future, and I bet there will be "Make your own skin" option, or a way to mod new skins.

Well, I should calm down. Actually, some of them are different. It's not that they're suddenly too OP for five seconds untill we continue, it's that they're too much "Nope that wouldn't work because we all know you're not actually powerful and we don't need to be afraid of you."

(alrighty then xD I guess I'm just used to roleplay diferently)
(with my friends, we were kinda poets and writers, building a plot)
(not just hanging with words... but kinda doing material for building a story)
"tss you amuse me" said rook catching up shizo's pace with a smirk on his face
"last time I asked you to catch some fish you ended up in the pond eh"
the torch was slightly fainting getting to it's end and revealing shizo's eyes to shine quite bright in the dark
looking almost like the eyes he usualy see when insane, making him feel unconciously uneasy
... the path seemed surprisigly calm having some light flowers along it
rook seemed kinda lost in his thoughts about what he needed and started mumbling
"the nightmare fuel resonates diferently depending on the gems we're using"
"I tried Thulecite as conductor to intensify the signal making the fuel grow..."
"but it kinda started to become more... a l i v e as well..."

(Alright, I've been told a million times in my lifevthat I sound like I cought a cold, though I can't hear it. My voice isn't especially high or deep, but when I laugh it suddenly deep and evil sounding, like evil laughs from movies.)
"Yes. It's not healthy, and I'm worried about you. Where from here?" He asks, stopping in front of a fork in the cave.

(if you sounds a little like you catched a cold, it may be a little of a lower voice and a little of a windy sound)
(so maybe a wind instrument)

rook open his backpack and take a thulecite tool he made which looked like a Nocturnal instrument

he crouch and place a purple gem with a light amount of nightmare fuel on the ground
and using a wand he slighlty turn to his right mesuring the nightmare fuel's resonance
"let's go to the right" he said with a more serious voice
"there might be a fisure quite close actually"

until they got to an almost invisible fissure on the ground
"that's it, that must be the ruins"
"there's no light coming out, so I supose it is safe for now..."
he takes a pickaxe and start mining to make the hole bigger
"when the nightmare cycle will be about to start, be better get out"

tie it to a nearby rock
pull it to see if it moves
and then murmur
"that should be secure."
he take a look inside
and try to estimate how much time they had left till the next nightmare cycle
"no... I have to go down, it is too dark and I can't see the ground from here"
he lit a torch and wrap the rope around his arm going down the hole

Shizo grabbed his own strings and slided down. These things are very useful. "Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked Rook carefully.

rook look at shizo with a perplexed face thinking *how the heck he do that*
he look down and reach the ground with his feet
"well, I want to" he said replying "don't really mean I should"
"it's kinda like the Ancient Guardian" *chuckle*
he says taking a light bulb from his backpack and putting it on the ground as a referance
"the ground aura is blue, so it's safe for now"
he started walking searching for an ancient statue
the lack of nightsleep was getting heavy
but he was ignoring it and acting like it was nothing

"How long is this going to take?" Asked Shizo, worried. "You look like you need rest.

they appeared to be walking into an old city made of stone
the ground and walls had some sort of lifeless purple gem
there was statues of people turned into stone inside the houses and outside
as if they got caught by an unpredicted accident
"I still don't know what happened here"
"and I guess it have to do with ne nightmare cycle"
"probably an experiment that went wrong"
"kinda like a big explosion and took the life of these many people"

the stone aura started to become grey as they reached a thulecite statue

he take off is backpack and hang it in the arm of a standing stone person
but the arm break and the backpack fall along it
"ow I'm very sorry mister, I didn't meant to break your arm"

"Please Rook, try and be more respectful to the dead." He turns to face the statue, picking up the arm. "I'm very sorry. Here." He says, as he puts it in it's place and wraps it with rope until it holds.
"Rook, I don't like the idea of being through the nightmare cycle again. Last time- well, it didn't go so good."

he crouched at the bottom of the thulecute statue
and with the pickaxe he pulled a slab opening the pedestal
he put the slab into the backpack
and turned back at the statue
there was a purple gem in a reddish color
connected with thick lines of gems as if it melthed
leading to the lines in the floor
"that's it... that's what I need!"
"this is the heart of the power source"
"each thulecite statue have one"
"this old civilization used these stones as a power source to lighten the city"
"they probably overloaded its power resulting to their petrification"

"Alright. So what are you planning to do with it?" Shizo asked, clearly uncomfortable.

"the circuit is kinda broken at the moment"
