this isnt so stupid in an evolve deck, your legendary creature will most likely just buff other creaturs, and minus one on something with eight one one counters doesnt really do much.

Your wording is perfect on this card, as far as I can tell. I also love the flavor and the hilarious implications of it. It's also an incredibly good card in EDH.
