It’s 4 am and you’ve been up for hours, struggling to fall asleep. You head downstairs to grab something to snack on. That was until your head starting gravitating towards the sparkly ball gown in the living room. You shake it off until you hear a voice in your head. You heard the voice of an elegant and beautiful you met just yesterday. She said to you,

“Come on, you know you want to. You have been wanting to wear it for so long, girl. Just go for it! Come on, it’s 4 am. Everyone is asleep. No one will catch you living out a dream of yours. Forget the snack, grab the dress, and blossom like a princess.”

You slowly but surely approach the dress, you touch it, giving you the chills, you take it off the mannequin and strip. Once you get the two straps over your shoulders, you lost your interest in living as a man. Dressing up in this dress made you feel something you have never felt before, a sense of belonging. You were destined to wear this dress or any poufy dress like this. You begin to dance around it, twirling, and your smile just getting bigger the more you looked down at what you were wearing and watching it blow up like a balloon. All of a sudden, in the middle of pure ecstasy, you hear footsteps, footsteps that you could tell were your dad’s. Your dad wouldn’t exactly like seeing his only son wearing a dress, let alone one that belongs to a princess.
