Description
Here's a set of icons for Steam.They are individually optimized for 16, 32 and 48 pixels sizes. I also included additional 16 pixels icons for the system tray. You can see all of them pictured above.
This had to be done long ago, in fact they were done some weeks ago but i finally packed them and uploaded.
The zip file contains everything and an instructions file with help to get it all set up.
The icon is Vista ready and includes the following sizes: 16x16, 32x32, 48x48 & 256x256(PNG Compressed) in RGBA (32 bits).
256x256, 48x48, 32x32 & 16x16 PNG files included for dock icons.

I love these. They really do need to update their icons, but till then or even after these are great replacements!
That said, there is an inconsistency with your tray icons. Your regular steam.ico 16x16 has the "arm" reaching out where as your tray icons do not have this arm.
I can't which way I prefer as I've just discovered these and am used to the "arm" but the no-arm 16s look nice, too
