Description Maintenance Report

Subject: Spring-Lock Suit #2 (AKA "Spring Bonnie")
Issue: Danger of springlock malfunction (severe)
Report filed by: [Redacted], Lead Technician Fazbear Ent., Inc.
Report witnessed by: William Afton, COO Fazbear Ent., Inc.
Date: 31st, August 1983

Description:
Spring-Lock Suits #1 and #2 were brought to me and my team to be inspected. Primary concern came from CEO Henry Emily and COO William Afton regarding an incident at another location that resulted in multiple and simultaneous springlock failures. A thorough inspection involved a partial disassembly of S-L Suit #2, including removal of the jaw. Disassembly revealed significant wearing on springlocks due to excess usage, meaning a greater potential for springlock failures. S-L Suit #2 pending reassembly in order to be moved into storage. Do NOT wear under any circumstances.

Note: Closer inspection revealed discoloration on the chest. COO William Afton, who occasionally wears S-L Suit #2, claims it to be pizza sauce from a previous incident. Applied appropriate cleaning methods to remove said discoloration.
