Description
The fourth addition to my Pokemon Atlantica Region Pokedex, based on the Southeast USA.In context of the region, there would be only one Kraggle able to be caught. It would be found deep in a cave based on those found in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

"The cavern Pokemon"
Kraggle act as a home to many Pokemon, and are very protective of those Pokemon living within them.
Kraggle will change the way they look in order to fit in with their surroundings.
Other Information:
Kraggle have been around for centuries, and are seen as "mythical" Pokemon, by many.
Type: Rock/Fire
Ability: Immovable - This Pokemon can not switch out of battle once already in battle. It's defense and special defense stats raise by 2 stages every turn.
Signature Move: Encapsulate:
Type: Rock, Category: Status, Power: --, Accuracy: 90%
This Pokemon draws from its surroundings and steals some HP from the target every turn.
(Basically a rock type version of Leech Seed)
