The Hollow Knight, Annot, has landed!
In Elerona, some human and monsters have chose to co-exist and live with eachother in some sort of harmony.
Dullahans are the prime example,integrated into human society,the two humanoid races work together to live in peace. Thus, It’s not like everything wants to endanger humankind..

And as mentioned by the image,Annot herself is a Dullahan! Just like..let’s say, Touhou’s sekibanki
Her head can pop off and she can do as she pleases with it.. that being said,she can’t just deattach her head and just eat, it has to be reattached.

Under the Eyes of the Gaea, Annot is an underling knight struggling to keep her code off honor, her arms and rights of being a knight. This Is due to her not so sturdy nature that unfortunately comes with being a dullahan which could put others in danger.

When it was made apparent that the gods needed the Peacemaker to restore order to Elerona,Annot saw this as a worthy opportunity to showcase her potential as the knight in training she is..I’d she could find and retrieve the peacemaker,that would be worth something,right?

“Us Humans and Dullahans have gotten along as long as I can remember. I pay my respects and fight for humans as I would my own kind “
