He doesn't have her reality bending, fourth wall breaking powers, but like Pinkie, Maverick is naturally charismatic, and even the most bitter and irritable pony finds it hard not to like him, or at the very least cheer up a bit. He's also unusually braver than most ponies, often venturing into the Everfree Forest just because. He's had a couple run-ins with the local Skunk Ponies, but doesn't seem to mind being skunked. In fact, he very much enjoys the smell... Okay, I take it back. Maverick is nothing like other ponies. "Ain't nopony like me, but me."
