Story:

The overhanging clouds were drenched in a dull greyish-blue color, casting down shadows with cracks of sunlight setting down between each and every place in which they could seep through. A few moments of rain had happened that morning but nothing that would provoke the Hunting Festival to close its door for the rain.

Aaron shrugged on her suit jacket and fixed the clip-on bow tie that she stuck in between the folds of her dress shirt collar, the art of fixing a tie had never stuck, unfortunately; Laura would be disappointed. Tugging on her shoes and fixing a few creases in her jacket, Aaron grabbed her key, phone, and wallet as she opened the door of her guest room (nicely provided by the estate, props to them) and closed it behind her.
Heading on over to the stables, Amren moved through a few aisles and found who she was looking for: a black stallion waiting for her with a look of ‘What took you so long?’. Grinning, Aaron reached out for Gambit to smell, as was their custom, and reached over to grab his halter and lead. The Traaker had watched as she took up the black leather and began to huff impatiently, stamping his feet against the bedding of his stall.
“Calm down, Prátaí” Amren said with a small laugh, both at the nickname and at the stallion’s exasperation.

Gambit’s nostrils flared as he was led through the walkway that trailed from the stables to the Main Outdoor arena. He shifted nervously as the nickers from other horses called out from the arena. Aaron took his halter and placed him beside another stallion, a beautiful golden cream champagne that stood elegantly in comparison to Gambit’s four-year-old clumsy stature. Amren smiled as she put a hand on his head, playing with his ears as he looked over to her. As names were called for the 3+ Halter class horses, Aaron took her hand and led her colt into the arena sands, making sure not to bump into anyone else, even if on accident. She maneuvered the horse until he was in a standing position on the far-right wall of the arena.

Now was time for the judgement.
