during the chase scene Distorted took his goggles of, but then Anomaly stabbed him right in the left eye. he had to keep it on so nobody finds out. in the finale song he would be in his normal form then soon a stab is heard and his goggles are gone, with his whole body being ragged. the background would be in the Blackout background, then it would switch to Outside but it's pretty much doomsday.
thats the reason theres blood coming out of his eye.
