Description

I stumbled across 's water tutorial and thought "Why not? Haven't done anything like this before." I then saw that it was intended for programs like Photoshop, not MS Paint. But I figured I'd try it anyways and give myself a challenge with MS Paint's limited tools. This is the result of about... roughly half an hour's worth of looking back carefully at the tutorial and working out the intricate details. Is it perfect? Probably not. Am I proud of it? Hell yes I am.
