unlike the none cannon sylveon 2.0's Robotropolis robo-sylveon's Robotropolis had a sizable amount of de-roboticized inhabitants, namely the nobility and inhabitants in the poorer parts of the city, and had a run-down slum for the underclasses and more upscale areas for the aristocratic elite.

however after robo-sylveon eventually killed his timelines version Aliza he had no use for any of the inhabitants so he had them all robotersized
