Ok so this may take a bit of explanation

Decrepit Civilization is my take on the idea of Horrortale + Decadent Society. Basically what that means is Horrorfell ITSO Horrorswapfell. I'll probably make more designs in the future, especially as designs for the other new Horrorswapfell characters come out.

Ok so basically my friend Mr. E recently became the owner of Horrorswapfell, and he's doing two canons, one with classic AU logic (one that we might know as Swapfellhorror), and one with modern AU logic (Horrortale Swapped then Felled). This AU is obviously based on the modern version. In Modern Horrorswapfell, Papyrus is experimented on by Alphys, which makes him basically a deformed hermit. I did something similar with Sans, except the context is a bit different considering his deformities were caused by Undyne. I'm thinkin since Undyne isn't an experienced scientist like Alphys, a lot of the damage she did to Sans wasn't intentional, although some of it definitely was. You can tell what Undyne's later experiments are because they go from things like Sans to like robotically modified monsters as she gets better at understanding the technology she's using. Anyway, this ofc causes Sans to hole up in his house and sit there in pain. He's mostly blind and can't stand very well (because of the scoliosis) or walk very well (because of the missing foot), but he still tries to be kind and somewhat optimistic.
