I mean other than her wings being really big and her stupid name, it's not like there's anything wrong with this character. And it wouldn't be the first time Hasbro introduced a character just for marketing reasons, I mean we got Sunset Shimmer and she turned out to be a badass.

A lot of people are angry over this design, but just because Hasbro is kinda evil doesn't mean DHX is evil. Lets just see what this newly introduced character has to offer, I'm sure the writers will find clever ways to tie her into the duration of the show. I generally don't like judging forms of media before they're officially released on television or in theaters, I' sure whatever DHX decides to do with Princess Flurry Heart won't be the end of the fandom, and overreacting won't help at all.
