Changed it to any watcher, so existing ones and new ones can all join in.

So lots of shit kicking of in the world right now. So I felt like making some free adopts in the hopes that it might make some people feel a bit better after all the past weeks.
Plus I did say I was going to do some more giveaways.

Rules and whatnot:
- You must be a watcher to get one.
- You must fill the form out {Below all the rules} to have a chance to adopt one.
- 1 per person.
- Not 1st come, 1st served.
- Tag me the first time you use the adopt.
- Do not resell the adopt, only gift or trade it.
- Please don't take one for the sake of taking one. I did make them as a sort of "pick me up" for people.
- Put "Do you wanna' make tea at the BBC?" if you have read all the rules.
- I'll feature each comment I've read just so you guys know what ones I've read and have yet to read.
- I'll pick the owners by the end of the weekend.
- You can change the design slightly, but keep it fairly close to the original. I don't mind you changing the species though.
- If you don't get the adopt you want, please be respectful, as I may do some more in the future!
