Well first, I painted Charon and shaded everything myself, completely built by me from the ground up. Then I added the 'skirt' portion from a photo of a veil. Then I used a static filter for the uh, static XD

Oh thanks XD Yeah, actually I put a LOT of effort into detailing and painting Charon and I was afraid all that static hid that. Some detail's still hidden from the bit of static, but it's still got the effect I wanted

I think the the picture with static was scarier, it made it seem like he interfered with the " camera " that took his picture .
