Coward, That’s what I amI hide behind the cloak of darkness.
Wearing dark clothed to blend,
To hide.
Wanting no one to notice,
No one to find the pain that I feel.
Escapes accompany my darkness,
My constant night.
Escapes that alter me perception,
My mind,
My senses,
Allow me to forget.
But should I forget?
I don’t wan to feel this pain any longer,
Forgetting banishes it.
But I must run to forget.
So I keep running,
But my feet grow weary.
I long to rest.
I long for it to end.
To forever Forget.
