I redesigned the two cyborg in Dragon Ball to looks more like the 19 years old teenagers they are, and to seems more lost, due to the fact their life was stolen by Doctor Gero to transform them as cyborgs.In the same time, even if the DB universe takes place in the future, fashion is moreΒ 70's, 80's looking. So, I dress these two teenagers in a 90's way.
