Element Use: Monixa can create and manipulate ice. he usually uses it as a shield, or as a slick, but she has been known to use it as a last-ditch weapon. She cannot freeze things.
Homeworld: Snow Dogs
Bio: Naomi was a star dog sled racer- a prodigy some say. At a fairly young age, she entered in the Iditarod. One of her 'dogs' attacked her during the race. She woke up in the middle of a snowstorm, her memory fuzzy.

Monixa, more or less by accident, discvered her new ability to travel between worlds, and quickly set to exploring hem all, before finally stumbling upon Organization Discordiae.

Personality: Monixa is typically a very happy person, although she often goes though random mood swings, suddenly turning very angry/ depressed/ etc. She's still gaga for exploring and loves it when people tag along. She's very social and upbeat, often coming off as childish (not saying she isn't...) but she works quite well during emergencies.
