Basis:

Personality: Future Trunks (Xeno, Super)

Appearance: Future Trunks (Xeno, Super, Z era, Heroes, etc)

Backstory:

Future Trunks, the version of Trunks from a dark future where many of the heroes, including the Z-Fighters, fell. Specifically to versions of the Androids who ran amok and became cruel mass murderers without any guidance or someone to stop them. Trunks grew up under the guidance of his mother and this future's version of Son Gohan, now a cyborg who trained him to become a fellow Super Saiyan and defend the weak. Bulma eventually came up with the plan to travel to the past and change another worlds future, and possibly gain the assistance of the Z-Fighters in that world. With that, Trunks was one of many heroes who travelled... to the main universe and helped change it for the better, aided by Future Trunks' girlfriend Rachel Summers.

Future Trunks would be shocked at the ripples he saw, but, along with Future Gohan, they'd assist the past Z-Fighters in the battles with Dr Gero and both the Main Universe and their versions of the Androids, and later the monstrous Cell. After that conflict, Future Trunks and Gohan would go back to the future, a safer place now. And Trunks would even help assist the past every now and again.

However, then the being known as Goku Black would invade and begin causing chaos. Future Trunks would lose his mother, and with his friends, put of a desperate fight that needed the Z-Fighters' assistance yet again. After this conflict, Beerus would direct Future Trunks to Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time. Though she scolded him for his Time Travel, his heroism allowed for him to join the Time Patrol, a governing police force for the time stream. Trunks took up a leadership position with Chronoa and gain power as he helped in the protection of timelines from corruption by various troublemakers and vile villains who would pervert the timelines...
