Time Patrol and Dragon Ball belong to Toei and Akira Toriyama, Time Variance Authority belong to Marvel
So yeah if you're confused, refer to these prior facts
TLDR: massive time war conflict nearly destroyed the J-ReVerse, so it put restrictions on Time travel and time authority groups.
However with future participation in Crossoververse events coming soon, the J-ReVerse lessened these restrictions, reformed the Time Patrol, Time Variance Authority and other organizations like them, and now it braces for what shenanigans the future holds...
