Basis: Launch(Dragon Ball)

A mysterious woman, what is known was that she emerged as a bandit with an odd split personality type power initiated by a sneeze; one personality is the pacifist, naive, good natured and pure Blue/Good Launch, while the other is a crass, greedy, and weapon touting Blond/Bad Launch. She would emerged from the bad lands to pester the civilized world.

However, after meeting Goku, Blond Launch would soften, especially after befriending the early Dragon Team and engaging into a romantic relationship with the monk Tien. However despitwe this change she returned to her old ways when she was forgotten by the Dragon Team and Tien's breakup and first death. Becoming a vagabond, she only retained sparing contact with the team as the threats became beyond her scope.

Now she remains an independent mercenary. More interesting, recent reports say that Launch has somehow managed to split into two beings who represent the split personalities...
