The impetuous daughter of Mr Satan and Miguel, Videl would meet Gohan around the time of the Red Ribbon's revival, and soon enough meet again at the ill-fated Cell Games when it was decided that she would view her father's victory.
Instead, her father was nearly killed, as was she, during the insuing melee with Cell and his Cell Jrs, however Videl's injury would cause Gohan to go SSJ2, and end up saving the world. Soon they developed a close friendship into their days in Orange Star High School, though this was roughed up by the appearance of invading demons and the resurgence of Majin Buu.
After the fights against demons and Majin Buu, Videl would become Gohan's wife and mother of their child, Pan, though she remained a member of the Dragon Fighters and assists her husband as both a regular fighter and occasionally Great SaiyaMan 2/ Great SaiyaWoman.
