-Tholme, the master of Quinlan Vos and lover to living plant Jedi T'raa Shaa and a purge survivor. I know he's canon, but I'm using the Legends characterization
-Yoshi Raph-Elan, a plucky Jedi Knight who rescues a low tech planet from a tyrant
-Lourdes, a princess from the planet Yoshi saved
-Jyl Somtay, an accomplished Jedi Knight
-Laranth Tarak, a member of the little known Jedi Splinter group, the blaster wielding and non force reliant Grey Paladins
