OK so characters
-Lorelai, a chick who's apparently princess of a Mermaid Race that.... came from the same planet as Ripjaws? Yeh she's defs gettin a redesign
-Caecillia, an Incursean Captain
-Vilgax 30000... a descendant of Vilgax who sought revenge on Ben 10000 and his past self. Yeh
-Ilma Nar, a Lewodan Plumber Trainee
-Evil Ben Robots, from the Cartoon Network crossover comics. Basically evil robot doppelgangers who could turn into Ben's various aliens.
-Squidstrictor..... actually his current status in pre reboot Ben 10 is apparently very dubious, but to be safe, I put him into the noncanon stuff
