but yes basically you separate a character from their alteregos or like have one of their designs be their own character rather than a form or disguise or something for the character
like how in IDW Megatron and Galvatron were different peeps
or like give some person one of the Batsuits or Iron Man Armors rather than have those dudes keep em in storage
