I'm not really feeling the colour balance. She seems much too oversaturated in comparison to the background and it's a bit awkward. I'm guessing this was done originally in black and white and then the colours were added in at the end, but it gives the image too much of a monochromatic feel on the individual components. There's a bit of gradation attempted, but you wouldn't expect to see bright yellows and oranges in such a consistently green room unless she was standing under a spotlight.
The background also has such a serious, mature feel, and the character looks kind of tacky in front of it with her miniskirt and happy face button. I think that the two images would honestly look better separate (background and figure) because they're so dramatically different in subject matter and colouration. Right now they're competing too much for the viewer's attention and it's uncomfortable to look at.

Given that *THE-LM7 's gallery is filled with stylistically similar pieces that show an evolution of technique, I would say that ~Crudok is the thief here, especially given that his gallery is incredibly varied.

Well, perhaps. DA can be very slow when it comes to that, so maybe some more pressure will make them realize that it's not just one or two with a grudge.

Very simple: THE-LM7 could have simply post this work on other site such as Konachan before he posted it on DA.
Crudok then copy that picture from there and posted here even before the real author posted it...
As i said, just look at Crudok's gallery. All pictures have different styles.

Okay, I can see your point with that.
But that argument, well, I have looked, and I didn't think it looked too out of place. Slightly different than most, yes, but maybe that was just a style choice. It does also fit in very well with *THE-LM7 's gallery, so... I shan't argue right of ownership.

Wow. Simply wow. All the shading, the details of the books, the lighting, the green tones...plus she's a Katina-wielding witch school girl. I love the coloring, it all looks so fantastic! Plus, it's not just an abandoned place, wildlife is everywhere and this girl's in the center with style. She really stands out since she's glowing gold. Haha, love the smile-ly face on her hat...pop, spunk, and some kick-butt gear. This makes this picture Epic!
