I wanted to show the forming of Firestorm. For those who don't know when Firestorm was first introduced to DC Comics, it was revealed he was 2 people in 1 body. Professor Martin Stein, and High School student Ronnie Raymond were caught in a nuclear explosion and became Firestorm.

This art is kind of like how Firestorm was introduced in the Super Friends cartoon episode "The Bride Of Darkseid" when Ronnie & Prof. Stein form the Firestorm matrix. Since I used MS paint to make the effects I admit it's not my best work, but I was drawing a blank on hoew to make the 2 men look like they were becoming Firestorm.

Of course since then the Firestorm persona has been revamped in the comics, but I've always been a fan of "Old School" heroes.
