Another Undertale OC…. yayyyy~…
I threw up and out came a ironic… thing. Neutral has no real face. Or arms. Or tone to their voice. In other words, they have a very hard time expressing themselves, so they use the mask and semi-sentient scarf to supplement their lack of–um, features. They can only show four emotions: Happy, Sad, Anger, Confusion. They switch the masks accordingly to show the emotion they think they should feel in a given situation. If they can’t figure it out, they just get confused.
I had a couple of lines thought out for them.
Genocide Run: [Happy mask *You’re going to kill me? … Oh. Sorry. I don’t have a face for fear. ]
[Confused mask *Don’t look so disappointed… I don’t have a face for that either… ]
Pacifist Run: [Sad mask *I wish I had another mask to mimic your expressive face.]
[Confused mask *Unfortunately, I ran out of room… Maybe if I had a bigger head.]
EDIT: Redid their ref. Tweaked their design a little, made it more to my liking ^_^

I never knew of this OC when I made mine. And when I read the description, I see they have the same way of expressing emotions. Well.....except the scarf. And mine uses more masks.

Hey I am running an Undertale quest thread and I was thinking if you would mind that I used your design in it? I would be editing the image slightly (aka, then I just mean so I can use the whole body image and the mask/facial expression by themselves).
If not I will of course refrain from using it.

I'm not sure... but i think that's because i'm a bit confused? What is this quest thread? Can you, uh, describe it? And, what purpose would this character have in it?

No problem. A quest thread is very similar to table top games like D&D... to a point.
A standard quest thread is run on forums, usually RPG focused forums. In this case, I am running it on the QQ (QuestionableQuesting) and SV (Sufficient Velocity) forums.
In a quest thread, the readers of the thread control a single character, the protagonist. It is my duty, the QM (quest master), to write/create the story in accordance to the decisions the readers make. Those story segments are usually called updates and once I have finished one there are usually 1-3 different decisions that the readers/players need to make before the story continues.

Example:
Frisk has reached a fork in the road. Surprisingly, the road forks in three directions instead of two like they remember.
One of the signs says 'Road 33' which leads to the pit Frisk fell into all those years ago.
The second one says 'Freedom Exit' (Asgore probably named it) and without doubt leads to the place you exited the Underground
The third says 'Totally a non-dangerous and non-foreboding path to the old monsters cave systems.'
What path will you/frisk take?
[] Road 33
[] Freedom Exit
[] The totally not suspicious path
[] Write in
or
The mysterious man offers to give you a secret item if you give him that locket.
What will you do?
[] Refuse! This is important to me!

Of course those are very basic example. The players/readers sometimes have to make difficult decisions that can change the course of the whole story. Some choices have very little effect but colour what kind of person the protagonist is/becomes whilst others may whether someone lives or dies. Most of this depends on what kind of story is being told and how much control the storyteller/QM is willing to give the readers.

The Undertale Quest I am currently running happens roughly 10 years after the barrier has been destroyed. Frisk is living happily with Toriel, Papyrus and Sans. Everything is good... except one thing. There has hardly been a single day that Frisk's thought haven't wandered to the Underground and Asriel. This wasn't truly a happy ending. There was still at least one person they had to save.
The last month they had been preparing to leave for Mt. Ebbet, in their heart Frisk knew that it was now or never. They had to return to that mountain. They had to save Asriel. Frisk didn't know how they would do it, but they knew that this time they would not let Asriel convince them to leave him there. Not this time. This time Asriel would be saved! Frisk wouldn't return until they had succeeded or died trying.
It was time to Return to the Underground

This is roughly the introduction into the quest. It is True Pacifist Frisk returning to the Underground after nearly ten years. Things have finally calmed down on the surface enough that he trusts that human and monsters will live along well enough without his help.
What I wanted to use your OC in was as an memorable encounter/friend/foe(?) for the story. I am the type of QM that blends together images and writing to create somewhat of an light novel feeling to this interactive adventure.
I am the kind that will try to stay true to characters personalities and think logically what the next step in the story is rather than force my own ideas of how things should be down the throat of my readers.
