it's not enough to help you and helping meit isnt
either i can leave and weep for letting you perish
or maybe brush off that dusty mirror
create a new image to cherish
playing God am i? maybe yes maybe no
but seeing you become who you need to be
that dream shall be so
i want to see those eyes again, shining
with the ever so beautiful belief that i am not lying
i believe it to be true i believe in you the one who
makes me smile and want to live again
love again, become
again.
sometimes i'll shed a salty tear, but in the darkest of times,
