Description
Due to the exposure of an unknown substances on its officers, the G.S.E members have taken to examining the 'water' they found as they also work on establishing an outpost on the planet's surface. As their work progresses, those affected by the 'water' start to experience further changes while others willingly exposing themselves to it for their own purposes...I'll admit, I'm not used to switching artists between issues. Still, the help is very much appreciative and it helps keep the story going. It is especially helpful when it is one whose been a great boon in the past. The story keeps on, even as things change.
