Just a rough demon samurai concept I came up with. I was going to put all sorts of intricate ornaments on the armour, but then realized that a demon would probably go for grit over glam, so I kept the overall design simple. That's pretty much it.

EDIT: I decided to come up with a backstory for this guy, so here it goes.

Name: Azazel

Azazel is the Hebrew king of the devils, the lord of all evil. Every hundred years, Azazel will come to earth in search of worthy warriors to add to the armies of hell. This of course means that he has to slay them first, as living people have no access to either heaven or hell. Because he wants a diverse selection of soldiers in his army, every time Azazel surfaces, he goes to different countries and cultures. Though his physical appearance stays the same, as well as the colour of his armour, the form of his armour will vary from culture to culture (when he was in ancient Rome, he had centurion armour, when in ancient Egypt, he had Egyptian soldier armour). For his latest visit to Earth, Azazel has chosen feudal Japan for his killing floor.

One of his most peculiar traits is that while he has absolutely no respect for warriors who fight with honour, he has monumental respect for warriors that leave their sense of honour to instead fight with anger and spite.
